Having a baby is hard work! At times, you may feel tired or even sad. It’s important to find time to rest and relax.

Some Ways to Take Care of Yourself

  • Get enough sleep and rest when you can.
  • Take a few minutes each day just for you.
  • Join a support group for new parents.
