Start baby-led weaning around 6 months old when your baby shows these signs:
Gagging is normal. This reaction is how your baby's body protects them from choking. It's loud and looks scary, but it's ultimately okay.

✅ Fruits: Bananas, pears, avocados, kiwi, mango, applesauce, strawberries
✅ Vegetables: Cooked sweet potatoes, carrots, squash (peeled and cut into small pieces)
✅ Proteins: Ground meat, soft-cooked meat (shredded), fish without bones, tofu, yogurt, scrambled eggs
✅ Grains: Long thin strips of toast, cooked pasta, cooked soft rice. Try whole-grain options for the most nutrients.
